Yulp is a unique, independent, hospital web application for monitoring every aspect of hospital treatment at home. Planning, quality, cost and performances are fully transparent and guaranteed. This application gives hospitals full control over implementing all hospital treatment that has been transferred to the patient’s home. And it is completely autonomous. The hospital itself chooses the treatment method, the medication, and the caregiver or healthcare provider. This may be one of the hospital’s own nurses, a home care nurse, and/or an authorised third party.
All of them are competent, skilled, state-registered professionals who work in a uniform way using a specially developed nursing app. All of this is done in accordance with nationally approved medical protocols, using clear working instructions and easy-to-follow pharmaceutical leaflets. Correct implementation is guaranteed. Yulp takes care of direct connections between the hospital/pharmacist, outpatient pharmacist, medical specialist and transfer nurse with the nurse carrying out the treatment at home. The planning data, patient information and reports are available in real time for involved stake holders
